Children of Alumni Excel at Most Holy Trinity

Luke just missed qualifying for state with a fourth place finish in his category. Cassandra did not place but represented MHT well. Carl, Luke and Cassandra are all honor students and all members of NJHS, but they have one other thing in common. All three are children of MHT Alumni. When Carl found out he was going on to State Science Fair, “I was ecstatic, I knew my project was good but I didn’t know if I was going to move on” Carl is already preparing for state, by reviewing his board. “My teacher (Jolen Confer) thinks my project has a chance to move on to national science fair.

Carl’s father, Carl Frede III, is a Most Holy Trinity graduate. When asked about his son’s achievement Carl’s father said, I am very proud of Carl’s performance and achievements.  Carl is a very hard worker, and he dedicates all his attention and focus to the task he is performing.  Carl’s drive and motivation is what impresses me most, and his motivation is in part fueled by the teachers and staff at Most Holy Trinity Catholic School.  As it was when I attended, Most Holy Trinity provides a high quality education with teachers who are willing to help and motivate students to succeed.  Carl has been blessed to have the teachers that have guided him and given him the drive to excel in his education.  With this guidance, they have given him a path for future achievements.

We are very proud of our students' accomplishments, and we are also proud of the fact that Carl's father, Carl Frede III, Luke's mother and father, Mary and Rick Lopez, and Cassandra's father, Gerardo Sanchez, are all MHT graduates. A tradition of academic excellence has been passed on to the next generation of students. At MHT we are working very hard to see that this tradition continues.
